How Every SparkTech Part Is Made
We start by identifying real gaps — talking to mechanics, fleet operators, and drivers to understand where existing parts fall short on fit, durability, or availability.
Every component is designed to OEM tolerances or tighter. We use CAD modelling and FEA simulation to validate geometry, stress distribution, and thermal performance before a single prototype is cut.
We specify materials for the application — not for cost. High-grade alloys, heat-treated steels, and performance polymers are chosen based on operating conditions, not catalogue defaults.
Every batch passes a 47-point inspection covering dimensional accuracy, surface finish, hardness, and load testing. Parts that don't meet spec are rejected — not reworked and shipped.
Prototypes are tested in workshop conditions and on-vehicle before production sign-off. We don't release a part until it performs the way we'd expect it to perform on our own vehicles.
